Reliable parental control
This is my third year with Qustodio, and I just renewed my Premium Plan. I originally started with the free version, then upgraded. The consistency is why I stick with them. Web filtering and app blocking have always worked as expected across all devices. The activity reports are detailed, which helps a lot. It's reassuring to know it's always running in the background. No major issues this time, just a consistent experience.
Worked out pretty good
Got the Premium for my son's tablet. Needed to block some games he was spending too much time on. It worked. Setup was easy enough, took about 15 minutes. The reports show what he's doing, which is helpful. No complaints really, did what it said it would.
Comprehensive family management
We decided on the Premium Plan after trying out the Free Version for a bit. The upgrade process was simple, done directly through the website. I mainly use the Screen Time Management and Games and App Blocking, which have been very effective on both our Windows PC and the kids' iPads. The cross-platform support is a huge plus, as we have a mix of devices. I also appreciate the Activity Reports, giving a clear overview without being overwhelming. The Panic Button feature is something I hope we never need, but it's good to know it's there. My only minor feedback is that sometimes the Parent Dashboard can be a little slow to load on my phone, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, it's a solid tool for managing family digital use.
Good features, minor setup issues
I bought the Premium Plan for my kids' devices. The content filtering and screen time limits worked well once set up. The Parent Dashboard is pretty intuitive for managing everything. However, installing it on their Chromebooks was a bit trickier than I expected; had to look up a forum for a specific setting. Customer service responded to my email about it within 24 hours, which was decent. Overall, good value for the features, but setup could be smoother.
